Depending on your preference, we can either schedule a phone call to talk more about your floral needs, or we can send you a questionnaire to help us gather the information we need to create a fully custom proposal for you.

We’ll send you a bespoke floral proposal that includes imagery, descriptions and a custom pricing estimate. We’ll send you a link along with your proposal to schedule a review call if you’d like one.

If needed, we’ll give you a call at your scheduled time to review your mood board, answer any questions you may have, and make adjustments if needed.

If you’re ready to accept your proposal, we’ll send you a link to your comprehensive booking file which will include your proposal, contract & invoice all in one place. Sign your contract & submit a 25% retainer fee to reserve your date.

Closer to your event, you or your planner can reach out to schedule venue walkthrough, table mockup etc. if needed.

A little more than a month prior to your event date, before your final payment, we’ll gather final details and make any last minute adjustments to your design plan & invoice. For full service events, this call is typically held with your event planner.

On your event day, our design team will arrive onsite to deliver & install florals. After your event, our strike team will return to collect rentals and remaining florals.
