About Us
We specialize in creating fine art floral arrangements designed to work in harmony with the environments that they grace. The colors, textures, and movement of the flowers are chosen to act as an extension of you, your personal style and your wedding venue, creating a thoughtfully curated visual experience. Our design style leans naturalistic, with floral elements that feel organic, yet sculptural. We consider it an honor to design for your memorable life event.
The A La Carte Process

Fill out our inquiry form to ensure that we are available for your event date. If we’re available, we’ll schedule a consultation call to learn more about your event and help guide you through the process.

After your consultation call, we’ll send a contract & invoice tailored to your specific floral needs. A 25% retainer fee will be due at signing.

Once you’ve booked our services, we’ll send over a vision questionnaire to help us create a custom mood board.

Receive your personalized mood board as well as a link to schedule your complimentary 30-minute Clarity Call.

We’ll give you a call at your scheduled time to go over the details of your order, provide feedback on your mood board, ask questions, and make up to 2 adjustments if needed.

About a month before your event, prior to submitting your final payment, we’ll give you a call to finalize the delivery or pick-up details, confirm wedding day timeline, and make sure you have everything you need.

Full remaining payment will be due 30 days prior to your event.

Based on the plans for your wedding day, we’ll deliver your order at the requested time, set up, and clean up if applicable.

SIGNATURE CENTERPIECE

Our signature organic arrangement is artfully arranged in a compote vase using florals in your color palette. The perfect piece for your farm tables accompanied by two of our petite arrangements or bud vases, or as a focal centerpiece on a round dining table.
GROUND MEADOW ARRANGEMENT

A long, organic ground arrangement designed in low profile vessels to create the feeling that it is growing right out of the ground.
Use them along the aisle, behind last row of ceremony chairs, at your seating chart display, or pair two in front of your sweetheart table.

LOOSE BLOOMS

Loose blooms to supply your photographer to use in flat lay styling or for your baker to add to your cake.
CEREMONY FLOWERS - MINIMAL

Floral arrangements designed onsite to fit your ceremony space. This requires the Yarrow Floral team to set up and install on an existing arch that will be provided by you or your venue. If you need an arch provided to you, that is available as a separate rental.

WRIST CORSAGE

Small, yet larger & fuller than a bud vase, designed with blooms in your color palette & arranged in a small glass vase. Perfect as a cocktail table arrangement or an accent on a rectangular dining table.
EXTRA LUSH CENTERPIECE

Our Extra Lush Arrangement is large, bloomy centerpiece artfully arranged in a compote vase. Perfect for an extra large round table, an extra wide farm table or as a statement arrangement.
ACCENT FLORALS

A small cluster of blooms & foliage tied with a wire wrap and ribbon. These can be used to hang on the aisle chairs, on the corner of a menu board, bar cart or welcome sign.
BOX OF VOTIVE CANDLES
Box of short candles includes 25 pre-filled unscented white wax candles in a clear 2.5” tall glass cylinder. Sold by the box with a 10 hour burn time. $60
Box of tall candles includes 24 pre-filled unscented white wax candles in a clear 5.25” tall glass cylinder. Sold by the box with a 15 hour burn time. $110

A large statement arrangement adds height & impact. Order two to place on pedestals* for a ceremony display or order a single arrangement to add height at the bar or escort table.

POST-EVENT FLORAL CLEANUP
Our team will return to your event once it’s come to an end and clean up any rental items and all floral related decor that you don’t want to keep.

Full service design often requires in-depth customization & a full team working the entire week of your wedding to execute full scale installations and detailed tablescapes. These events might include venue walkthroughs, open lines of communication with your wedding planner and bespoke designs that fall outside the scope of standard arrangements like centerpieces & bouquets.
Our a la carte option offers a semi-customizable designer’s choice floral menu, creating a streamlined shopping experience. A la carte is perfect for the couple that wants beautiful florals for their wedding without the added labor cost.

We’ll have three scheduled phone calls- one prior to booking to help you determine your floral needs, a second call once you’ve booked our services after receiving your mood board, and a final call about a month prior to your event to gather any final details.

Our arrangements are priced to fit specific vessels, so while we don’t allow you to provide your own vessels, we always select beautiful take home vases that are hand picked to work perfectly with your floral designs.
If there is a specific color or material that you prefer for your vases, let us know and we will work to source something tailored to your needs.

Yes! We want your event to be cohesive and beautiful. After placing your order, we will create a mood board for you that includes your custom palette & inspiration imagery.

Our a la carte arrangements are all designer’s choice based on your color palette & season. We hope that you chose us because you love our artistry, and allowing us to work with our local farms and floral suppliers to source the best flowers in your color story will create the most beautiful result on your event day. If there are any details or inspiration images you would like to share with us, we will definitely take them into account while creating your designs.

While we love the idea of repurposing, our a la carte pricing doesn’t account for our team to stay onsite through your ceremony. If you’d like to hire us for this service, let us know on our consultation call or email us to see if we can accomodate that request.

Yes! With our a la carte service, all of the arrangements (vases included!) are yours to keep (unless you have arranged to rent specific items from us).

To keep our a la carte service budget friendly, we don’t offer installations, however, if you’re interested in a custom installation piece to be added to your a la carte order, let us know during your clarity call or email katie@yarrowfloralco.com to discuss.

Because we are a private studio and are required to meet ordering minimums by our floral suppliers, our minimum order requirement is $1000.

Yes! We have a small selection of rental items including arches & columns. If you rent items from us, it will require a strike fee for us to come back after your event to collect them. If you are interested in including rental items on your order, let us know on your consultation call or email katie@yarrowfloralco.com to view our options.

No, draping is not one of our services, but we are happy to recommend local vendors.

Yes, we deliver. The location & scope of work will determine the cost of delivery.

No, we do not offer shipping. All of our florals are fresh and perishable, so we only offer local delivery.

Yes, unique delivery requests can be accomodated for an additional charge. We’ll discuss logistics on our final details call.

We are happy to add more to your order! We’ll discuss any changes to your initial order on our final details call and make necessary adjustments.

Yes, you can remove up to 10% of your total order prior to your final payment as long as you don’t go below our $1000 minimum order.

Yes, as long as it’s more than 30 calendar days before your event date. In the event that you cancel your order, we retain a 25% non-refundable retainer.

Unfortunately, no refunds are available within 30 days of the event as our team has already spent time planning and ordering flowers and hard goods for your event.
