We’ll send you a mood board based on your design needs, as well as a link to schedule a complimentary 30-minute clarity call.

Clarity call

We’ll give you a call at your scheduled time to go over the details of your order, provide feedback on your mood board, ask questions, and make adjustments if needed. During this call, we’ll pick a date to schedule your final details call.

Final details call

About 30 days prior to your event date, we’ll give you a call to finalize the delivery or pick-up details, confirm wedding day timeline, and make sure you have everything you need.
